In order to improve our systems and be more efficient we have established a new process for applications. All applications will need to be submitted online. The agent, parent or student may complete the form. 

A couple of important notes in regards to our online application system: 

  1. You will be required to “Sign Up” for each new application 

  2. All fields marked with * are required fields. The system will not let you proceed nor submit until that information is completed

  3. If for any reason you stop in the middle of completing the online application it will automatically be saved until you “Submit” the application

  4. All fields requiring documents are mandatory.
    If you do not have the documents to attach please attach a document with a note stating “DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED LATER”

  5. Once you submit the application you can go back and “Login” to check on the status of the application

The following documents must be submitted: 

  • School Records: must submit copies of translated official school records from the past two (2) years 

  • Teacher’s Reference letter: Must be written by a current teacher, translated (optional) 

  • Copy of Immunization records 

  • Copy of photo page of the passport 

  • Custodianship: If an overseas student is under 19 years of age, a legal custodianship is required for the study permit application by Canadian Immigration

Once the application is submitted:

  1. The application will be reviewed by our Registrar and confirm that all required documents have been submitted. She will then submit it to the administration team for approval

You will be informed of the application approval or rejection within three business days.
